Beth Joyner Crigler has set the bar high for those following in her footsteps and carries on her father’s legacy of service by opening doors in business and in her community. She has been one of the top ten agents in Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices C. Dan Joyner, REALTORS, is a multi-year Top Producer and has been in the Leading Edge Society, the President’s Circle, and the Chairman’s Circle.
Beth has been the lead agent in four (4) successful downtown communities. Pendleton West and Ridgeland at the Park have already sold out. Alta Vista Place with its grand opening in Spring 2018 is selling quickly and Markley Place is on record pace with over twenty units sold or reserved for 2019 occupancy.
Her business is built on relationships, and being active in their community helps build those relationships. Beth was the president of the Gower Neighborhood Association for two years. She’s a Junior League Sustainer and a member of United Way’s Women in Real Estate Committee and is involved in the Heart Walk in honor of her dad.
